This ARP 134-7901 Oil Pump Driveshaft Kit is for Chevy Small Blocks from 1955-1996, and is made from premium grade aerospace 8740 Chromoly and heat treated to 190,000 PSI with a Black Oxide finish.
The larger than OEM shaft diameter easily handles added torque requirements of increased capacity oil pumps or heavy viscosity lubricants. ARP roll forms the alignment sleeve onto the shaft, enabling the sleeve to float, which allows for slight misalignment.
