ACC Performance designed this Boss Hog 47015 Street Bandit Torque Converter for GM TH-350 transmissions. This hand-built 9.6” converter has a stall speed of 4200-5000 RPM, and also can handle up to 650 horsepower! It has also been leak and pressure tested as well as digitally balanced.
This converter is one of the lightest on the market, for huge power gains through less rotational mass!
All Boss Hog torque converters are welded at the fins, not furnace-brazed, eliminating erosion over time. They include industrial strength Torrington-type bearings that handle more torque than light-duty needle bearings. Aircraft aluminum washers instead of inferior fiber washers ensure all power transfers directly to the ground.
