ACC Performance designed this Boss Hog 4840HD Night Stalker Lock Up Torque Converter for towing with GM 700R4, 200-4R as well as TH-200C transmissions using LT type engines. This hand-built 12” converter has a stall speed of 200-300 RPM over stock, and can handle up to 500 horsepower!
All Boss Hog torque converters are welded at the fins, not furnace-brazed, eliminating erosion over time. They include industrial-strength Torrington-type bearings that handle more torque than light-duty needle bearings. Aircraft aluminum washers instead of inferior fiber washers ensure all power transfers directly to the ground.
