This Comp Cams CL12-422-8 SBC Xtreme Energy Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features a noticeable idle. A 1800+ stall speed torque converter is highly recommended.

- For 262-400 cubic inch Small Block Chevy engines from 1958-1998
- Includes Camshaft 12-422-8 and Lifter Set 853-16
- Requires thrust button in addition to a wear plate
- Must use bronze tip fuel pump pushrod when using high pressure or high-volume pump
- Stock (O.E.) valve springs can NOT be used.
- Basic RPM Range: 1600 to 5400
- Valve Lift Intake: .495
