This Comp Cams CL12-609-5 SBC Puller and Mud Race Solid Flat Tappet Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits 262-400 Small Block Chevy engines from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for Puller and Mud Race use, as well as for Oval Track and Drag Racing. It provides excellent torque and a good idle for 327-350 engines. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio, headers, lower rear end gears, and for drag racing, a 3200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
