This Comp Cams CL42-601-5 Oldsmobile Mutha Thumpr Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits 260-455 engines from 1967-1990. Comp designed this cam for high performance street/strip use, and it has a rough idle. A good intake, headers, lower rear end gears, 9.0:1+ compression ratio and 2500+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
