Edelbrock designed this 28001 BBC Big Victor 2 Spread-Port intake manifold for high rpm drag racing big blocks using Edelbrock Big Victor, Dart Big Chief or Brodix Big Duke cylinder heads. This manifold has an average runner area of approximately 4.75 square inches.
Reduced port exits accommodate a variety of intake port sizes. Runners have a minimum .500" corner radius from the plenum to the exit, allowing oval port shape use. These features give better top end horsepower and allows it to maintain consistency and throttle response off the stop.
