Howards Cams 91189 SBC ProMax Direct Lube Mechanical Roller Lifters
Howards Cams designed these 91189 ProMax Direct Lube Mechanical Roller Lifters for 265-400 Small Block Chevy engines. These lifters feature "Full Time" high pressure oiling to the roller bearing shafts. This continuous oiling offers higher rpm as well as high spring pressure capabilities.
Pro Max lifters feature lightened, steel alloy bodies with a special enhanced finish in addition to heat-treated stainless steel link bars. The case hardened 8620 rollers are fitted with the best alloy bearings and pins, the same used on most Top Fuel lifters. The .300 in. taller body allows these lifters to fit early, late model, as well as aftermarket blocks.
