This Howards Cams CL110981-08 SBC Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits 262-400 cubic inch Small Block Chevy engines from 1955-1998. Howards designed this cam for serious street/strip use, it runs strong 4000 RPM and up, and features a rough idle. A 10.0:1 or higher compression ratio, headers, lower rear gears and a 3200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
