This Howards Cams CL112681-12 SBC Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits 262-400 cubic inch Small Block Chevy engines from 1955-1998. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features a fair idle and strong mid to upper range performance. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio, headers, lower rear gears and a 3000+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
