This Howards Cams CL120205-12 Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the 396-502 Big Block Chevy from 1965-1996. Howards designed this cam and lifter kit for aggressive street use, and it has a fair idle and provides big mid-range torque. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio and 2800+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
