This Howards Cams CL120206-14 BBC Gen 6 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft and Lifter Kit is designed for 454-502 cubic inch Big Block Chevy engines from 1996 through 1999. Howards designed this cam for aggressive street use, and it features big mid-range torque and a fair idle. It is good with 150+ nitrous or blower.
A 10.0:1+ compression ratio, an aftermarket/ported intake, headers, lower rear end gears, and a 2900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
