This Howards Cams CL120325-12 Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the 396-502 Big Block Chevy from 1965-1996. Howards designed this cam and lifter kit for moderate street/mild bracket use, and it has a fair idle and provides good mid-range power. A 10.0:1 - 11.5:1 compression ratio and 2500+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
