This Howards Cams CL120406-10 BBC Gen 6 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft and Lifter Kit is designed for 454-502 cubic inch Big Block Chevy engines from 1996 through 1999. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features nice mid-range power and a fair idle. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio, an aftermarket/ported intake, headers, lower rear end gears, and a 3000+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
