This Howards Cams CL120605-12 Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the 396-502 Big Block Chevy from 1965-1996. Howards designed this cam and lifter kit for hot street use, and it has a mild idle and provides great mid-range performance. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio and 2800+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
