This Howards Cams CL122441-10 BBC Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits 396-502 cubic inch Mark IV Big Block Chevy engines from 1965-1996. Howards designed this cam for moderate performance/bracket racing, and it features great low-end torque and a lopey idle. A 9.5:1+ compression ratio, lower rear end gears and a 2800+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
