This Howards Cams CL210102-06DL SBF Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the 221-302 Ford engines (except 302 H.O.) from 1963-1995. Howards designed this cam for hot street/bracket racing, and it features a broad power range and a lopey idle. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio, gears, and a 2800+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
