This Howards Cams CL210542-08 SBF Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the 221-302 Ford engines (except 302 H.O.) from 1963-1995. Howards designed this cam for hot street/mild strip performance, and it features good mid-range torque & power and a fair idle. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio and a 2200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
