This Howards Cams CL210931-10 SBF Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the 221-302 Ford engines (except 302 H.O.) from 1963-1995. Howards designed this cam for street/strip performance, and it features strong low & mid-range, fuel efficiency & driveability. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio and a 1900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
