This Howards Cams CL211031-11 SBF Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the 221-302 Ford engines (except 302 H.O.) from 1963-1995. Howards designed this cam for offroad, towing and street/strip performance, and it features strong low-end power, good fuel efficiency, and a good idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio and a 1600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
