This Howards Cams CL221145-12 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the Ford 5.0L H.O./302 from 1985-2002, 221-302 from 1963-1995 and 351W from 1969-1996. Howards designed this cam and lifter kit for street use, and it has a good idle and vacuum. A 9.5-10.5:1 compression ratio and 2500+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
