This Howards Cams CL228021-09 SBF 351W Hydraulic Flat Tappet Rattler Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the Ford 351 Windsor engine from 1969-1996. Howards designed this cam for high performance street use, and it features strong low end power and a choppy idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio and a 2200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
