This Howards Cams CL230021-12 Street Force 2 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft & Lifter Kit fits the Ford 351C-351M-400 from 1970-1983. Howards designed this cam and lifter kit for high performance street use, and it has a good idle as well asthrottle response. A 4-barrel carburetor and good exhaust are highly recommended.
