This Howards Cams CL240031-12 BBF Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the 429-460 Big Block Ford from 1968-1995. Howards designed this cam for hot performance street and marine use, and it features a fair idle. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio and a 1900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
