Isky Racing Cams designed these 37296RH Red Zone Maximum Endurance Roller Lifter for use with Big Block Chevy engines. These lifters have a shock absorbing thicker outer race, a marathon roller bearing, as well as a larger diameter pin. These features help these lifters withstand huge spring pressures as well as sustained high RPM without prematurely wearing out.
