K&N designed this 57-3013-2 57 Series FIPK Cold Air Intake Kit to fit 1996-2000 Chevy C2500, C35, C3500, K2500 and K3500 as well as Suburban and Tahoe 5.0/5.7L V8 engines. This kit reduces intake restrictions as well as increasing airflow volume. This provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower in addition to torque.
The washable, reusable filter has an oiled cotton filter media, while the oversized, conical design only requires cleaning every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay.
