K&N designed this 57-3070 57 Series FIPK Cold Air Intake Kit to fit 2009-2014 Chevy Silverado 1500, Avalanche, Suburban 1500, and Tahoe V8's. It also fits GMC Sierra 1500, Yukon as well as Cadillac Escalade engines. This kit reduces intake restrictions as well as increasing airflow volume. This provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower in addition to torque.
The washable, reusable filter has an oiled cotton filter media, while the oversized, conical design only requires cleaning every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay.
