MSD designed this 8280 Pro CDI 600 High Output Race Ignition Coil for extreme racing for the Pro 600 Capacitive Discharge Ignition, PN 8000! It features MSD’s new U-Core winding design that produces more voltage and current than previous designs. It also has a HEI style secondary tower for secure coil wire connection.
This coil has a maximum voltage of 50,000 Volts as well as a Peak Current of 1700 mA! This also features over 200 millijoules of spark energy which makes these ideal for use with methanol, ethanol, E85 and forced induction as well as power adder combinations.
