RaceQuip designed this 286996RQP VESTA20 Helmet for use in all forms of motorsports. It is certified for all racing series accepting Full-Face Snell SA2020 Helmets, and broadly accepted by race organized bodies and tracks through 2030.
The VESTA20 is a bold departure from traditional auto racing helmet styling. It incorporates contemporary design with modern production techniques, using composite materials placed into pressurized steel molds to achieve the best combination of light weight and strength. This innovative new helmet model features FRP Composite shell construction in addition to a uniquely shaped chin bar to support a scalloped face shield design.
This distortion-free 3mm polycarbonate low fog shield features tear-off posts while a silicone gasket seals out dust and dirt. The wide eye port keeps your field of vision clear, allowing for improved visibility as well as allowing eyewear use. Included with the helmet are an extra set of thicker cheek pads to allow a customized fit.
The Kevlar® chin strap keeps things planted at speed. Venting up top and out the back helps keep your head cool when your race (and the weather) heats up. Anodized aluminum pivot hardware, hand ratcheting tear-off posts, and M6-threaded HANS/HNR inserts also come standard.
