This Comp Cams 11-239-3 BBC X4 270H Xtreme 4x4 Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for street/performance use, and it features a good idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio, a 2000+ stall speed torque converter, improved intake manifold, headers & 3.55-3.90 gears are highly recommended.
