This Comp Cams 11-250-3 BBC XE284H Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for street/performance applications, and it features strong torque and a rough idle. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio and a 2700+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
