This Comp Cams 11-601-5 BBC 295A-8 Drag Race Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft fits 396-454 cubic inch Mark IV Big Block Chevy engines from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features wide torque range and has a rough idle. A 11.0:1+ compression ratio and a 4000+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
