This Comp Cams 11-602-8 BBC Big Mutha' Thumpr Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 396-454 Big Block Chevy from 1967-1996. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features great low-end torque and a very rough idle. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio, intake & headers, and a 2900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
