This Comp Cams 12-254-3 SBC XE294H Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 262-400 Small Block Chevy from 1958-1998. Comp designed this cam for pro street/bracket racing, and it features good torque. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio, a good intake, headers & gears, and a 3200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
