This Comp Cams 42-601-5 Olds 287TH7 Mutha' Thumpr Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 260-455 Oldsmobile engines from 1967-1990. Comp designed this cam for high performance street/strip use, and it features good low-end torque and a rough idle. A 9.0:1 or higher compression ratio, intake, gears, headers and a 2600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
