This Comp Cams 51-602-5 Pontiac 295TH7 Big Mutha' Thumpr Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 265-455 Pontiac engines from 1955-1981. Comp designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features good torque & power with a very rough idle. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio, intake, gears, headers and a 2900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
