This Howards Cams 118081-09 SBC Hydraulic Flat Tappet Big Daddy Rattler Camshaft fits 262-400 cubic inch Small Block Chevy engines from 1955-1998. This camshaft provides a rough idle and great throttle response. This cam is designed with wider lobe centers and an aggressive ramp rate leading to even higher air velocity. It works best with a 9.5:1+ compression ratio, 2800+ stall speed torque converter and lower gears.
