This Howards Cams 120931-12 BBC Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits 396-502 cubic inch Mark IV Big Block Chevy engines from 1965-1996. Howards designed this cam for street/off road use, and it features a good idle, towing, and good fuel efficiency. A 9.5:1+ compression ratio, lower rear end gears and a 1600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
