This Howards Cams 122511-11 BBC Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits 396-502 cubic inch Mark IV Big Block Chevy engines from 1965-1996. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features great low-end performance, a smooth idle, and good fuel efficiency. A 9.5:1+ compression ratio, lower rear end gears and a 1500+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
