This Howards Cams 124053-14 BBC 4/7 Swap Mechanical Roller Camshaft fits 396-502 cubic inch Mark IV Big Block Chevy engines from 1965-1996. This camshaft provides a choppy idle and good mid-range to top end horsepower, and needs 12.5:1+ compression ratio and a 5000+ stall speed torque converter come highly recommended. It is best suited for a 540+ CID BBC with Nitrous and a Race Torque Converter.
