This Howards Cams 128046-09 BBC Gen 6 Big Mama Rattler Hydraulic Roller Camshaft is designed for 454-502 cubic inch Big Block Chevy engines from 1996 through 1999. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features great mid-range power and a lopey idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio, an aftermarket/ported intake, headers, lower rear end gears, and a 2400+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
