Howards Cams 183155-12S SBC Hydraulic Roller
This Howards Cams 183155-12S SBC Small Base Circle Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 305-350 Small Block Chevy from 1987-1998. Howards designed this cam for OE Roller Applications/With Stepped Nose (Carbureted). It is great for Pro Street as well as Bracket use. It features good top end horsepower in addition to a fair idle. A 11.0:1+ compression ratio as well as a 3400+ stall speed torque converter come highly recommended.
Small Base Circle camshafts are recommended in stroker engines to provide adequate rod bolt clearance while the engine is rotating.
