This Howards Cams 192705-12 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the Gen III/IV LS 3-Bolt engines from 1997 through Present. Howards designed this cam specifically for Cathedral Port Cylinder Heads, with a noticable idle and great torque. An aftermarket intake manifold and exhaust system are highly recommended.
