This Howards Cams 212342-10 SBF Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshaft fits the 221-302 Ford engines (except 302 H.O.) from 1963-1995. Howards designed this cam for street/strip performance, and it features a broad power range and a fair idle. A 10.0:1+ compression ratio and a 2400+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
