This Howards Cams 220235-12 SBF Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 221-302 cubic inch, 351 Windsor and 5.0L Small Block Ford from 1963-2002. Howards designed this cam for street/off-road performance, and it features strong low-end power and a good idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio and a 1500+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
