This Howards Cams 223365-10 SBF Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 221-302 cubic inch, 351 Windsor and 5.0L Small Block Ford from 1963-2002. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features good mid-range performance and a rough idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio, a good intake, and a 3200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
