This Howards Cams 228045-09 SBF Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Big Mama Rattler Camshaft fits the 221-302 cubic inch, 351 Windsor and 5.0L Small Block Ford from 1963-2002. Howards designed this cam for street/strip performance, and it features strong low-end power and a lopey idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio and a 2400+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
